Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made by contacting URTeC Registration Center by email or telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 13 November.
Cancellations received on or before 13 November will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee.
Refunds will not be issued after
13 November or for “no shows.”
You may substitute one participant for another.
Refunds for the short courses and/or luncheons can be made until 30 October. No refunds for short courses and/or luncheons can be made after this date.

Advance registration is recommended, and registering online allows you to know immediately which events are available. If an event is not available, it will not appear on the screen or it will indicate “sold out.”
