Reserve Exhibit Space Now for Latin America URTeC 2023
Reserve your exhibit space now at the premier event focused on the latest science and technology applied to exploration and development of unconventional resources.
Stands are sold in 9m2 increments, and exhibitors may choose furnished stand packages or floor space only for stands 18 m2 and larger.
Commercial stands cost $450/m2 for floor space only and $500/m2 with the panel and furnishing packages. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on exhibition space.
Commercial exhibitors receive two full-conference registration (value US $700) with each 9 m2 in space purchased. Non-profit exhibitors receive one full-conference registration with each 9 m2 purchased.
Complete and return the space contract to reserve your stand. Space will be awarded in the order that contacts are received.
Exhibition Space includes:
- 9m2 booths include two (2) full-conference registrations.
- 12m2 booths or larger receive three (3) full-conference registrations for each 12m2 of space purchased.
Full conference registrations are valued at $700/each.
