3–5 May 2027 | Reliant Park | Houston, Texas
Two Leading Energy Events. One Shared Destination.
The Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC) and the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) will be co-located 3–5 May 2027 at Reliant Park in Houston, Texas, bringing together two of the energy industry’s most influential technology communities in a single, integrated setting.
While each event will retain its distinct technical focus and identity, the co-location creates new opportunities for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to engage across both communities through expanded access, broader networking, and increased visibility.
This new format reflects a fundamental shift in how energy innovation is developed and applied. Technologies are no longer confined to a single basin or operating environment – they are adapted, scaled, and deployed across offshore and unconventional plays worldwide. As a result, the industry is increasingly aligned around shared priorities, including capital efficiency, digital transformation, emissions reduction, and operational performance.
Co-locating OTC and URTeC creates a more connected platform for addressing these challenges. Participants will gain exposure to a wider range of technical insights and real-world applications, enabling more informed decision-making and faster adoption of emerging technologies. Exhibitors and sponsors will benefit from access to a larger, more diverse audience of operators, technology developers, and industry leaders.
OTC will continue to deliver world-class offshore energy programming, and URTeC will remain a leading forum for unconventional resource development. Together, they create a unified environment where cross-disciplinary collaboration can accelerate innovation and expand business opportunities across the global energy landscape.
Additional details on programming and participation options will be announced in the coming months.
