Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regular exhibition hours if they are properly registered, wearing their badge and accompanied by an adult. During exhibition hours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hall unless they are young enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack or front pack.

URTeC Live Conference Radio

An exciting new change is being implemented for 2023 – the technical sessions and exhibition will now be conveniently located on the same level in Halls E and F in the Colorado Convention Center.

Enjoy Live Conference Radio sound in all URTeC Technical Sessions. Live Radio eliminates the need for loud speakers and helps cut-out unwanted distractions using FM radio signal. This radio earpiece is required to listen to the closed-circuit live broadcast in all Technical Session rooms. Qualified attendees can pick up their radio near the technical sessions in Exhibit Hall E.

How to use Your Radio

  • Remove battery tab and plug in ear buds
  • Turn radio on by rotating power/volume dial
  • Turn off by rotating volume down until you hear a click
  • Use UP and DOWN button to toggle between channels
  • Remember to keep your radio and use each day of the conference
  • After the event reuse as an FM Radio by holding down both the UP and DOWN buttons together for three (3) seconds
