Advance registration is recommended and registering online allows you to know immediately which events are available. If an event is not available, it will not appear on the screen or it will indicate “sold out.”

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made by contacting URTeC Registration Center by email or by telephone at +1 918 584 2555 by 6 June.
  • Cancellations received on or before 6 June will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 6 June or for “no shows.”
  • You may substitute one participant for another.
  • Refunds for the core workshop and/or short courses can be made until 12 May. No refunds for the core workshop and/or short courses can be made after this date.
